STEP 01
Fill out the form
You've have submitted your booking inquiry, now what? I'll have a short questionnaire for your to fill out to gather a little more information about you, what your are looking for. I don't want to just meet your expectation, my goal is to exceed them . That starts with making sure I have all the information that I need to make sure you get what you want!
STEP 02
Call or meet up
I have a pre-session consultation with each of my clients before our session to make sure that all the details are planned out. I want to ensure that you have nothing to worry about and that all the details are ironed out so that you can just relax and enjoy the experience.
All my clients also get access to my ultimate style and location guide to make planning out the details quick and easy.
STEP 03
Contract
Once all of the details are finalized you'll get a contract with all of the information laid out to e-sign along with the invoice that must be paid prior receiving any of the images. All of this is done electronically and can be completed via your cell phone or computer to which makes it super convenient.
The session retainer must paid in order to finalize your booking.
STEP 04
Picture time
The day of our session I come prepared! You can expect me to arrive on location about 15 minutes early to make sure everything is in order and we are all set to go. I know that when it comes to families with small children, it can take a little bit for them to warm up to the weirdo with the camera so I make sure to allot a little extra time just in case.
Most importantly I come prepared to make this experience stress free and enjoyable for everyone involved.
STEP 05
Delivering photos
In most cases you can expect your proofing gallery back within two weeks. The proofing gallery is an online gallery of watermarked images with a preliminary edit. Once delivered you'll have the ability to chose the images you want and add on any extras. After you've made your selection I'll finish by finalizing the edits and retouching the final selection (i.e. remove temporary blemishes like acne, scratches and bruises). Once you've made your final selection you will then receive your finished gallery within the week. .

Are the travel expenses included in your packages or covered additionally?
I do charge a travel fee for mileage further than 20 miles from my office.
Do you travel for photoshoots outside of Oregon?
My home base is the Willamette Valley here in Oregon, but I also service south western Washington.
Can I customize a photography package to fit all my needs?
Absolutely! Every package I offer is customizable, which means you can add on additional images, prints, books, albums, cards and more!
How long does it take to receive the final photos?
For galleries containing less than 20 images, my turn around is less than 2 weeks!
